These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and poa4d (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the poa4d online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use poa4d services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Online gambling is restricted to adults in Indonesia, and poa4d strictly enforces this age requirement.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of account registration and when accessing the Platform.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering for a poa4d Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian ID card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all Accounts and forfeiture of Player Funds.
• Complete the KYC verification process by uploading a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP or other government-issued identification document within 30 days of registration or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
• Not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another person.

2.3 Account Suspension and Termination

poa4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any form of cheating.
• You use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Your Account is linked to another suspended or terminated Account.
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory authorities, or payment processors.

Upon termination, any remaining Player Funds will be returned to you minus any fraudulent winnings, bonuses obtained in breach of these Terms, or amounts owed to poa4d. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Processing Times

To request a withdrawal, you must:

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

poa4d is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to frequent large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without gameplay, will be flagged for investigation and may result in Account suspension and reporting to Indonesian financial authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

poa4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays (Ramadan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day). • Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 3x to 30x depending on the promotion) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using automated systems or exploiting software glitches to fulfill wagering requirements.
• Placing bets on both sides of a game (e.g., betting on red and black in Roulette simultaneously) to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements.

5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

poa4d is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools, all of which can be activated through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, you will be prevented from placing further bets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours).

7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on the poa4d Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, design elements, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of poa4d or our third-party licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code.
• Use the poa4d name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The poa4d Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, poa4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Unauthorized access to your Account or Player Funds due to failure to secure your login credentials.
• Technical malfunctions, game errors, or system failures that result in loss of bets or winnings (provided such errors are corrected once identified).

12. Severability
